What Are Rolling Papers Made Of?

Rolling papers are most commonly made with some sort of a hemp, wood pulp, flax, or rice as a base material. They are normally made in a rectangular shape  with a strip of glue running along the one side. Rice papers are usually longer then normal papers and are used for the highest quality joints.
